Framed Prints - Prints purchased via clicking "Go to Frame Shop" allow you to customize the look of a print through several framing selections. Shipping costs will be added to your order. Framed Prints are not personally hand signed by the artist with a live signature.
Print Only - Prints purchased via clicking "Buy Print Only" allow you to order a print for the price reflected with no mat or frame on Premium Archival Matte Paper. Shipping costs will be added to your order. These prints are not personally hand signed by the artist with a live signature.
Here are some important notes regarding the return policy:
Framed and Print Only Prints - Buyers have the unconditional right to return any item(s) purchased, with no explanation required, within a 7 (seven) day period following delivery of the purchased item(s). Artspan (i.e. the supplier of Framed and Print Only Prints) guarantees all purchases from the Prints-On-Demand (POD) program with a 7-day money-back guarantee. In the event that the printer has made a mistake in printing or that the shipper has damaged the goods in transit, a replacement item will be shipped out at no cost. Artspan must be informed as to the nature of the damage and may require that the buyer provide a digital photograph of the damaged print as received.
